In your initial meeting, your trainer assesses your situation, lifestyle, goals, strengths, muscle imbalances, and flexibility to create a personalized program tailored to your needs and desires.

2-4 Weekly Training Sessions

2-4 Weekly Training Sessions

Each personal training session focuses on making you push your limits in a safe and effective way. You will be guided with technical cues throughout your workout to maximize your performance.

You will receive a science-based 12-week transformation program. It consists of 3 progressive phases, and it is designed to provide you with all the necessary tools to improve the way you move, your health and your body.

Get a customized meal plan tailored to your nutritional needs and goals, along with guidance on incorporating your diet into your lifestyle, including healthier choices while traveling or dining out.

If you cannot measure it, you cannot improve it. We will have weekly weight and progress photo check-ins in order to track your progress and adjust accordingly, if necessary, to accelerate it..

Online Training Platform

Online Training Platform

This is the platform where you will be able to access your nutrition plan, your workout program, helpful resources and messaging system from your computer or any other device.

Locations

Private facilities in Yorkville and Mississauga.

You will have the opportunity to work out in one of the top private gyms in Toronto. The access is included in the personal training packages for no extra fee.
Note: These facilities are non-member, and are strictly for one-on-one training. You are welcome to arrive earlier or stay longer around your session.
